An individual’s personality is an aggregate conglomeration of decisions we’ve made throughout our lives. Personality Development quintessentially means enhancing and grooming one’s outer and inner self to bring about a positive change to one’s life. Each individual has a distinct persona that can be developed, polished and refined. This process includes boosting one’s confidence, improving communication and language speaking abilities, widening ones scope of knowledge, developing certain hobbies or skills, learning fine etiquettes and manners, adding style and grace to the way one looks, talks and walks.
It’s often said that hard skills will get you an interview but you need soft skills to get (and keep) the job. Soft skills play a vital role for professional success; they help one to excel in the. Good soft skills — which are in fact scarce — in the highly competitive corporate world, will help you stand out in a milieu of routine job seekers with mediocre skills and talent.
Emphasis on personality and soft skill development is our forté. Classes offered at RVSCET are designed to equip our students with skills to make them excel at communicating – whether public speaking, listening, body language, presentation skills, facing an interview or a group discussion. 9 out of 10 times whether you, for a particular job, are selected or rejected depends on one and only one factor – how well one communicates.
RVSCET educational system provides ample opportunities for development of Soft skill & Emotional Intelligence. Many courses have mandatory class room presentation and group discussion components which help improve communication skill.
