There is a great impact of the Electronics & communication Systems in all walks of life e.g in engineering sector, business world; rapid and reliable access to information is one of the key elements of modern society. Today the demand for experts with skills in areas such as data Communication, mobile Communication and Microwave Engineering is buoyant in every industry reliant on the timely exchange of vital information.

The Electronics and Communication Engineering Department has well equipped Laboratories:

  • Automatic Control system Lab
  • Digital Signal Processing Lab.
  • Fiber Optic Communication System Lab.
  • Micro-wave Communication Lab.
  • Microprocessor and Microcontroller Lab
  • Optical Networking Lab.

Advancement of Telecommunication System has led us develop Optical Fiber Communication System and Micro-wave Communication System Laboratories with latest and sophisticated Experimental Kit so that Students get familiar with latest Design and Communication Techniques. The Undergraduate Student are expose to fundamental and advance subject like Automation and Programmable Logic Controller, Remote Sensing, Data Communication, Mobile Communication, Embedded System, VLSI Technology.

In order to get exposure to design of many Electronics Circuits and to get hand on experience to develop Project, the Department has established ELECTRONICS HOBBIES CLUB.

We aim to provide you a firm grounding in the principles and practices of Electronic Engineering, Telecommunication, Opto-Electronics and Radio Frequency Technologies required by the communication engineer.
