Engineering
is the application of scientific and technical
knowledge to solve human problems. Engineers
use imagination, judgment and reasoning to
apply science, technology, mathematics and
practical experience. The result is the design,
production and operation of useful objects
or processes. All India Council for Technical
Education (AICTE) has allotted 420 seats to
RVSCET for undergraduate courses. Here four
disciplines are offered for B. Tech Degree,
Electronics & Communication Department
and Mechanical Engineering departments, Computer
Science & Engineering Department has 120
seats in each dept. while Electrical &
Electronics department has 60 seats.
AICTE has also accorded approval for Post
Graduate course MCA to RVSCET with intake
capacity of 60 every year.
